Palpitations, tremor, tremors, dizziness, headache, myocardial infarction, peripheral edema, thrombocytopenia, reduced liver function, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia with eosinophilia and function.
Salbutamol Inhalationis contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to salbutamol. Other conditions that may predispose to tolerance (e.g. sickle cell anaemia, multiple myeloma, leukemia), are also known. In patients with asthma, or any other breathing conditions, it is advised that patients do not breathe during clinical trials. In case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of inhalation aerosol, other bronchodilators, immunosuppressants, oral corticosteroids or inhaled corticosteroids, which may worsen asthma symptoms, are also known. If the patient has a history of asthma or bronchospasm, it is also advised to avoid using the inhalation.
Salbutamol Inhalation should be used with caution in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to salbutamol. It is also important that patients are not exposed to direct sunlight. Inhaled corticosteroids should be given with caution in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to inhaled corticosteroid medications. Inhaled corticosteroids may increase the risk of developing tolerance, which may cause a decrease in the efficacy of salbutamol inhalations. Inhaled corticosteroid dosing should be limited to short-term treatment and should not exceed two inhalations per day. Patients should be advised not to handle a face-valve with dry mouth due to possible irritation.

Medicine You Should KnowVentolin is commonly prescribed as an aerosol inhalant administered through an inhaler. For most individuals, two inhalations should be taken every four to six hours. This usually comes out to about two inhalations four times a day. More frequent inhalations are not recommended.
To prevent exercise-induced bronchospasms, it is recommended that you take two inhalations of Ventolin fifteen minutes before physical activity.
The exact dosage and schedule will vary depending on the patient's age, body weight, and severity of the condition. Take the medication exactly as your doctor has instructed.
